Sourcing

Our multilingual trading team aims to use our knowledge and experience to offer our clients quality seafood products together with a high level of customer service and support. We have developed a global database of trusted and reliable processing establishments and closely monitor all orders from production through to delivery.

Labelling

We can offer a variety of packing styles for our clients, from bulk master cartons to private label printed bags. For every order we will ascertain the requirements of our client and ensure that the designs meet their expectations as well as complying with the regulations of both the country of origin and country of destination of the goods.

Quality Control

We utilise experienced and trusted QC experts as well as qualified third-party surveyors to carry out factory audits, product inspections and pre-shipment loading surveys for all our orders. Our aim is to ensure that the finished products and packaging meet the required standards for export to our clients.

Shipping and Logistics

The progress of every order is monitored from shipment through to delivery, ensuring that our clients are provided with full shipment details and updated ETAs. We will handle all aspects of the shipping documentation so that our clients receive advance copies by email for pre-clearance and the correct original documents prior to vessel arrival.

Financing

We work with credit insurance so that we can provide our clients with payment terms on credit for an agreed period after vessel arrival (usually 30 days’ terms) – strictly subject to the approval of the insurer.
